Meh… 36 shot in Chicago in the last day. Eight at a rap concert in Houston how does that even make the news? That genre is inherently deadly for some reason especially for the artist and I guess now for the fans.
Everything you need to know about Chicago. How many dead in Chi town though, they usually don't have a high mortality rate?
When I think of News I see Walter Cronkite, media today picks subjects that will get the most likes and what will produce profit. People shot or killed in Chicago has become white noise, no racial inferences intended.Meh… 36 shot in Chicago in the last day. Eight at a rap concert in Houston how does that even make the news?
I heard that as well.News reports suggest people may have been injected with drugs including a security guard.
Stupidity?I know of one drug that was likely common to all the victims…
Ban trampling!!!Saw the headline “Astroworld Tragedy” and thought the worst. Audible sigh of relief when I read that it wasn’t gun related.

My first-ever stadium concert… still one of the most memorable. Jimmy Page playing a long solo under a laser pyramid that rotated, and was synced to the music… back then: wow!My brothers took me to a Led Zeppelin concert in 1977 because they were babysitting me.
The stadium pretty much got destroyed, still have the tee shirt.

If you watch any of the videos coming out, there was no trampling. Just scattered random people passing out and convulsing at people’s feet.Ban trampling!!!
i think you can have a heart attack from being squished and not able to breathe, but i am too lazy to google it.The mayor said some security “officer” was injected with something and had to get the junky saver shot. The news has been back and forth. Obviously cardiac arrest isn’t same as trampling. News said gates were overrun during admissions. Seems like it was a total shitshow whatever happened.

Reports are coming in that far more than 8 are dead.
You must be talking about one of the "Day on the Greens" in Oakland... been to a couple of those. My first-ever stadium concert… still one of the most memorable. Jimmy Page playing a long solo under a laser pyramid that rotated, and was synced to the music… back then: wow!
Dont remember the Coliseum getting torn-up though, guess I missed that.
One of them was a 400lb.'r11 heart attacks? i wonder if somebody was passing drugs out or something...
They are called "Ghost Guns... " ;-)Must have been an invisible assault weapon. AR47 glock.
Youthful ignorance.WOW... In this day and age, after all the assorted shit that had gone down in the world, anybody who would willingly attend such an event allowing themselves to be bottled in by the thousands like canned anchovies has got to be completely out of their fucking minds...
One of them was a 400lb.'r
How do you stampede over a 400lb. person?
Someone was reportedly sneaking around, going stabby stabby with a needle. Maybe fentanyl.
Richfield Coliseum (south of Cleveland, home of the Cavs, et al. ) all gone now, though. Back in the day when WMMS ruled the air, and had national influence, we got all the top bands either in Richfield, or at the old Municipal Stadium. You must be talking about one of the "Day on the Greens" in Oakland... been to a couple of those.
Saw AC/DC and Van Halen before they were anybody.
They weren't social distancing?WOW... In this day and age, after all the assorted shit that had gone down in the world, anybody who would willingly attend such an event allowing themselves to be bottled in by the thousands like canned anchovies has got to be completely out of their fucking minds...
After watching the video of the performance I'm thinking they killed themselves out of desperation.
Houston judge confirmed at least one member of security team was in fact "jabbed" in the neck, went unconscious, and was revived with Narcan (starts @ 1:30)Either:
1. There WAS a psycho going around pricking people with a syringe full of fentanyl/carfentanyl...
You made a gigantic assumption. That they had jobs. And yet, nobody missed work due to the passing out or the deaths. Strange.
