The mayor said some security “officer” was injected with something and had to get the junky saver shot. The news has been back and forth. Obviously cardiac arrest isn’t same as trampling. News said gates were overrun during admissions. Seems like it was a total shitshow whatever happened.

My brothers took me to a Led Zeppelin concert in 1977 because they were babysitting me.
The stadium pretty much got destroyed, still have the tee shirt.

Dont remember the Coliseum getting torn-up though, guess I missed that.
If you watch any of the videos coming out, there was no trampling. Just scattered random people passing out and convulsing at people’s feet.
Reports are coming in that far more than 8 are dead.

Richfield Coliseum (south of Cleveland, home of the Cavs, et al. ) all gone now, though. Back in the day when WMMS ruled the air, and had national influence, we got all the top bands either in Richfield, or at the old Municipal Stadium.

I was front row at Oz Fest a few times, outdoors, mid summer. Everyone was packed in so tight I would lose the ability to breath and start to feel like I was going to black out. The only thing that prevented it was the water sprayers mounted to the top of the stage that sprayed into the crowd every 15 minutes or so. Several people would pass out and be carried to the front where security would drsag them off to the side. I assume they were treated medically from there.
When my wife told me about this incident, my first thought was it was a case of lowered oxygen levels mixed with the jab somehow. No clue really. Could just be excessive heat but not sure how that leads to heart attacks.

After watching the video of the performance I'm thinking they killed themselves out of desperation.
Houston judge confirmed at least one member of security team was in fact "jabbed" in the neck, went unconscious, and was revived with Narcan (starts @ 1:30)
I can't get over watching a concert when someone is having CPR done right next to you....SMH...
But it is ironic that they had a vaccination clinic giving away free tickets to the concert to encourage jabs..
