This Is What Happens When Anarchy Rules?

So much for armed citizens doing .gov's failed job....
Arrested, to be prosecuted for hate crimes against "protesters"......

Ok for protesters to destroy and loot, rape, and beat up people, even take over 6 blocks of a city and turn it into warlord Mogadishu, but, God help an armed citizen who shoots a protester when "according to the news article" the protesters rushed him. I know, we cannot trust any current news sources.

And doesnt look like we can trust the NM governer either to protect everybody...

Previous experience with Albuquerque PD is that they shoot a lot of people. Would appear they practiced much restraint that day.

What an interesting world we live in....

Maybe if the police treated the rioters like they treat the people defending the statue, this situation could have been avoided all together

This isn’t “anarchy”... this is state sanctioned destruction...

They are not even hiding it anymore. They said it straight out. If you protect property from the rioters, you are an "instigator."

Unfortunately Albuquerque is a far left city and tolerates mob actions of these anarchists. The Obama DOJ castrated APD and the current city government is anti-cop. The governor is a hard core progressive and trying to make a NM a poor version of CA. Democrats control both houses of the legislature and the few conservative democrats who kept a check on the radicals were primaried. These idiots who showed up in tactical gear just gave the state the bad example it was looking for to vilify gun owners and push for more anti-gun legislation. The funny thing is the Norteno's in northern NM consider themselves Spanish and trace their ancestry back to Onate. I wonder how they feel about a small group of radicals tearing down their history. I have lived in NM for over 45 years and at this point fear that it is lost.

Has it been confirmed that the “instigators” fired the shots? All reports I have read state nowhere of who actually fired the shots, rather, it just insinuates who did.
 
I think it's time we have a very pointed and firm conversation with the Police and "Law Enforcement" who are supposed to be paid by and serving the community.

Are you going to:

A. Actually uphold the law and apply things evenly across the board and hold everyone to the same standards of decent civil behaviour to others, which is what we've built our society on? Even if that means standing up to the politicians and leaders publicly and doing your own rallying of public support?

OR

B. Are you going to "just follow orders" and allow violent left wing, race hate groups and communists to run rampant, looting, rioting, vandalizing, murdering, robbing, assaulting, threatening, doing open insurrections and all manner of villainy. While NOT ONLY refusing to help but ACTUALLY protecting the criminals from anyone trying to defend themselves and assaulting & arresting anyone who tries to defend themselves?

The ones giving the orders to have the police "help" the protesters are the same ones telling the mob the police are the enemy, they will toss you to the wolves and when you try to see if any of the "good" people will have your back, you may have found you burnt your bridges a bit too badly.

I'm very sorry if this rubs some folks the wrong way, but if it rubs you the wrong way you best wake up and think good and hard about it, because I the rest of the country that is silently watching this entire episode is thinking very seriously about it as they prepare to protect their lives and property since apparently nobody else will.

I'll bet if someone came over to the local police and started beating them over the head with a skateboard they'd be "in fear for their lives" and pulling out their guns.... With GOOD reason too, many of us watched the guy in Dallas get beat to death by the rioters and WTF were the police? Oh right.... Any arrests?.... nope...

A solution that could possibly be done even in this liberal mess of a government is the water cannon that the Israeli’s utilize. It is filled with a solution that smells like pig shit x10 and won’t wash off for weeks. Dye can be added to identify perps if legal action is planned.

I see the mob attack the dude in the blue shirt, he tries to deploy a spray of some sort during his retreat, the mob pursues, and then we see pavement and hear gunshots. So no idea what actually happened, but extrapolating from the first 40 seconds, he probably had legitimate reason to fear for his life. Seems to me that he was probably not the aggressor at the time of the shooting, and even if something happened prior to the start of the clip, he was retreating and thus no threat to any member of the mob.

Clearly justified. He disengaged attempted retreat and was pursued and attacked by the mob. If the DA pursues charges it will send the message to those in ABQ that the city will not protect the citizens from mob rule aggression. Hate to say it but Albuquerque is turning into a mob run shit hole.

Still can't really tell who did what prior to the shooter being chased and attacked. The guy seemed to be involved in a scuffle that resulted in a woman injured on the ground, but there's nothing clear about it.

Two thoughts:

1. It's ironic how the antifa types express their pleasure when law enforcement arrives on the scene and start arresting the militia guys...

Huh? Don't they want to get rid of the police?

Oh, HELL no! The left has no intention of getting rid of the police, they just want to remake them into a force exclusively for their protection and the promotion of their political projects.

2. Don't go looking for trouble. You just might find more than you anticipate.

So where the police when the mob attacked the individual?? If they did their job and stopped the crowd, deadly force would not have been used?
Has anyone been formally charged? I said it before they will end up screwing with the wrong person. This is just a small example.

Governor Michelle Lynn Lujan Grisham is a far left radical, abortion on demand up to birth, global warming high priestess, racial justice Tzar appointing, Antifa sympathizing lunatic. Whatever she says her opinion is I can guarantee it's 100% wrong every time she opens her mouth. It was a good shoot, and I hope that her biased, mob justice, Antifa comments cause the trial to get moved to a non-communist venue, because clearly that man cannot get a fair trial in that state with the idiot Governor pronouncing his guilt instantly when the video completely exonerates him in fact.

Even if he goes to trial they will never get a conviction based on the video evidence. A defense attorney will have a field day with the prosecution. Any sane prosecutor will realize it off the bat. Juries in ABQ are very pro defendant and difficult to get a conviction regardless of the evidence.

Absolutely correct on your assessment of the idiot that occupies the governor's mansion. Get outside of ABQ and Santa Fe she is probably the most disliked politician in NM. We are hoping Biden picks her so we can get rid of her but reluctant to foist her on the rest of the country.
