    Main problem was not handling the boat properly in a storm, and no life jackets once they knew they were in trouble. You need some power and speed on so the waves do not control the boat. Also the boat was made for speed, not rough water.

    The sound appears slightly delayed. I see a muzzle flash when the gun is pointed at the first perp, the gunfire noises when pointed at #2. They speak English, looks like Arizona or somewhere in the southwest.
