I personally take my time, talk gently, act calm, be generally smooth when im clamping it in the vice and softly inserting the action bar, and at the last second, hurl abuse loudly and frown harshly at it. Its the shock technique method, just approach it from a different angle.
+1 for tikkas being tight. From what i hear, they induction heat the receiver or something, then torque it on, so it bites hard. IF!! Theres a headplspace issue, send it back to the manuf for inspection or RMA. Id be amazed if it needs adjusting. The "want to test fire in its stock /...
You can get drills with twist on changable tips. The shank is marginally smaller than your tip which you buy, and they will centre themselves and work REAL well, but are expensive. But for 2000+ holes, work it into the price of the job. With thru coolant and on alloy, they are stupid fast...
You can get a carbide with thru coolant and reduced shank if thats your thing. However for the price, you can buy 20 HSS drills, which will work fine in alu. Only other way if its even viable is a slugger drill. Never seen a 10mm one, but for bulk hole drilling, or going through RHS tube...

Also be aware that gravity is upside down for us, and coriolis is backwards. You need to use LEFT twist barrels, OR! Load your proj backwards when you seat it, else it wont stabilise.
I agree with your statement, however my point was he had 4 rounds left and was probably shooting another target that day, so has his wind and atmos dialled in, and he genuinely did hit the can on first try, however not first shots of the day. So yes, semantics. But im not taking away thaylt...
None at all. I like them. I know Mark and have built things for him before he got his own dealers licence. He does really well for Aussies and long range shooters. However that coke can was not (to my knowledge) first shot of the day. He had 4 left. Probably 1st shot at the can, but DOPE'd...
