Does the Cadex mount not have any of the looseness the G24 has - the looseness that allows it to rotate up and down a little when in the open position?

@Lowdown3 It's difficult for me to tell from the photos but it does seem like the boomslang images aren't quite as sharp as the Carson glass. A few other vendors that have been reviewing these lenses indicate a drop in sharpness/resolution. Are you finding that to be the case? Photonis...
