What kind of brass? Those charges out to tell you what it likes. However, I would start at the minimum and work up to max in .5 increments. You're rifle may like the low node. Then you can fine tune in .2 increments to hone in on "The Load."
Ok. Apparently it wasn't obvious enough. My brass measured 1.934" base-shoulder before I sized it. I set the die to where it does not bump the shoulder. Therefore, the base-shoulder measurement is 1.934".
