Rifle Scopes Seven Scopes with Issues or Something Else

Nah they are part of the family, ask me how I can tell ? Family makes you go crazy, drink to much and do irrational things. 🤣🤣

Rifle Scopes Seven Scopes with Issues or Something Else

The scope I mentioned is back in the factory box, I just need to send it back for repair. They are pretty darn tough scopes, atleast in my mind. I have seen two scopes in the past that held up fine on sporter 30-06 rifles and then moved to a 300wm have their pants pulled in part of a range session.

Rifle Scopes Seven Scopes with Issues or Something Else

This has been an very interesting read and got me to thinking. Awhile back I was in the garage and had one of my rifles in a tripod, I am 6'2" and to be at shoulder height the rifle is pretty high off of the floor. My wife let my dogs out in the garage because they were annoying her whining at...

Look in the ejection port on your action to see if that is were the case is making contact and causing the knicks.

    Shooters with a handicap

As my junior high track and football coach would say spit on it and rub it and get back to it.😆 I am partially blind in my shooting eye, there is a dead spot in my vision. Still do pretty well though although it has made shooting irons and my bow more difficult but the body just seems to find...

Bipod or sand bags for load development

I have an assortment of Harris bipods of varying height and features that mainly get used for hunting rifles. They are pretty good for what they are but a bit dated. My main bipod I use is an Atlas PSR LW17 I bought about five years ago and am glad I made that jump. After using Harris pods for...

Dambit, fucking spell check 🤡 I pretty much only reload so no issues there, that and since it will be a hunting rifle will keep a few boxes of factory on hand.

    McMillan A-6 opinions

Not going to be a clone, I don't really get into the clone thing since I never carried one in the military but understand the appeal. Most likely will be one of my Kelbly actions or an Origin so I could use one of the Savage small shank barrels I have taking up space. I appreciate the reply and...

    Tikka T3 Thread

I have been reading on the 6.5x55AI and 6.5GWI but throated long for over a year and keep coming back to just a straight 6.5x55 for ease of acquiring dies and no forming. Since it's just going to be a hunting rifle it seems like the most logical choice. I'm sure I will chase my tail some more...

    McMillan A-6 opinions

Need opinions on the A-6 pattern stock. I love the A-5 pattern but the A-6 just looks more streamlined and better suited to riding in both a front and rear bag and seems a bit more trimmed down. Is the difference worth the switch or just aesthetics and trivial ?

    Tikka T3 Thread

Allways heard Tikka barrels are slow, having a hard time justifying that with my last test. Had two boxes of .277 caliber 150gr ABLR sitting around and decided to test them with H1000 and fed 215 primers in 270 Win. They topped out at 2953fps in a 22" barrel in a tikka T3 lite. The last five...
