This has more local interest, for me i have a personal interest, something seems foul here.

Could be Occams Razor but if this goes the sideways it could, this will be national.

It's got a body, a woman, a journalist, intrigue, conspiracy, FBI, inter agency scores to settle going back to Whitey Bulger, a rogue Trooper, filled in swimming pools, remodeled basements, disappearing dogs, cell phones destroyed Clinton style or perhaps it's just a guy that got hit by a car driven by crazy.

You can say you saw it here first.

This just skims the surface. Way more detail that isn't being mentioned.

    Well, firefighters aren't forensic patholigists.

I can't believe the people who take time from their days/lives to camp out at the courthouse to protest this.

And if she weren't attractive, would this even be news worthy?

Looks like a modern day Joan Crawford."Tina get me the ax!!!"

Gonna be another wild ride ; wish we lived in a world where law and order could be given the benefit of the doubt but hence we are not .

So did I read that correctly- opening day of trial key statements that led to indictment were not part of any official report and were just hearsay?
That’s gonna be a problem for prosecution

Nope- lost dogs ain't gonna read it but I'm sure alphabeti involved.

So she drops her "boyfriend" off at another chicks house and then she's worried he didn't come home?
She just happened to take back up with her when she found him?
    Her story doesn't make sense.
On the other hand, it is Massachusetts, they are corrupt as fuck there.
Me thinks there are shennanigans on both sides.

Someone locally tried to recreate the story that she backed up a certain distance and was able to hit the speed mentioned. The street is slightly curved and he wasn't able to get to the same speed without hitting the curb. The one time I wish I was picked for jury duty. LOL. This is just a hot mess no matter what happens

Anyone who knows anything about Boston knows shes innocent.

Corruption runs deep there. Big families with long ties to police, fire, EMS, etc. The Boston FBI office was corrupt.

Read up on the Winter Hill gang and everything involved with that and you'll know all you need to know.

As juror, I would be NG unless the prosecution had something more to offer.
The sentence after could be avoided but thats the least destructive part, a lot of times the court and case itself is a greater destructive force and sentence itself. Litigation is now used as a weapon. Tie people up in a case in court they could lose their jobs, reputations, and to have to pay for it all, they lose their homes, cars, relationships, time, sanity....etc.. They already got you before they got you. And they can do it to anyone.

It's like every day there's another story about the corruption in the law enforcement of Massachusetts at all levels. WTF?

I wonder if they will go after the officers that were "ordered" to destroy incriminating evidence? Or do they get a pass because they were just doing their job?

When you sell your principals as an organization the corruption filters down.

This started decades ago and and at the very top.

We will soon be as corrupt as any eastern block kleptocracy was.

Kept guys like the one in the article while disposing of guys like this.....

So the state is alleging she hit him with an SUV that only hit him in the head and right arm? And in bludgeoning the man to death the SUV only broke a tail light?

The world is unbelievably obtuse. I can’t even believe this is a discussion.

The autopsy pics are painfully obvious.

who wants to meet at the courthouse to get on TV and then grab breakfast somewhere nearby. LOL

So the proof of wrongdoing is a case filed by federal law enforcement?
I thought we couldn't trust or believe anything they said?
FBI and MSP share no love.

MSP exposed the Bulger crimes to the FBIs shame.

Apparently MSP stated into the abyss too long,

So who are we to believe?
I'm not defending MSP, but just like the charges recently leveled against Cuellar in Texas. He was a Dem that left the reservation, now the DOJ is charging him.

    Don’t believe any of them.

Believe in what you believe after reading and listening to all the info.

It’s all one big psyop anyway.

I think he missed a few in there.

The reporter that has been bringing out the story alternative to the states case in the murder broke two of those stories that destroyed the command staff of the MSP.

    One….

A Trooper responded to a single motor vehicle crash and found a female out of it from a substance.

In booking a required question to ask is where did you have your last drink/get your drugs?” And you have to record the answer.

Her answer “You know how many guys I had to blow for that heroin?”

Problem she is the daughter of a judge.

Before the report was read in court the Colonel sent people to the Troopers house, his backup and the Sgt that approved the report and had them report to the troop commander immediately.

The Major of the troop handed the trooper the report and said “this is wrong but you have to remove that”.

    He said eat my dick.

The county DA was involved as a friend of the father judge. Son of deceased us congressman.

That report was getting changed no matter what. Reality was all they had to do was not read the offending line if they chose to. They blew it up into a story.

Report was changed and all three involved were reprimanded by the colonel.

That reporter investigated broke the story. Major had to retire, Colonel MSP had to retire, another Colonel or two had to retire, DA got off clean.

Two troopers sued and rumor is got a 1/4 mil each from the tax payer.

Oddly the Sgt just took the beating. I knew him, absolutely fantastic cop, all he likes to do when off is hunt animals, kind of an extension of his day job. Retired now probably hunting somewhere he should have taken 1/4 million for taxidermy use.

    Two

Boot female trooper gets on the job starts to quickly get “perk” assignments and kind of rubs peeps the wrong way. Surprise she is attractive.

Starts dating major troop commander outside her troop. Major is seen washing her cruiser, nice pictures on Facebook of their time together. She gets assigned to K9 a highly sought after position. Kind of seemed like the fraternization between ranks we were warned against in training or if you take it out of uniform, supervised subordinate inappropriate sexual relationship. He had to have 15 years on her, him divorced and she was hot. Now she has an only fans page where she speaks of blowing her new boyfriend and takes pictures of his man butter.

Prior to MSP she had been a dispatcher in GHQ so she knows lots of high ups.

Same reporter, probably getting rumblings of a story probably from ex boyfriend does a bit of journalism.

It’s found out that when she was with ex boyfriend she was moving 1/4 mil of pot a month when it was illegal. Feds make case against boyfriend and she testifies against in exchange for immunity.

None of this is mentioned in her background invest prior to getting on job as it would have been eliminating. She is friends with former first female colonel of MSP.

Result another major retired in disgrace to collect north of $150k per year. She is given a general discharge (I got a dishonorable and never lied). Others were investigated for their roles - falsifying a background invest - and never got even talked to. The former Colonel had retired claiming heart issues caused by the job so she gets 72% tax free, probably close to $200k per year.

I won’t even go into trading CDLs for snow blowers, too much comedy while all I ever wanted to do was good accident reports, help some broke down cars and have people drive with some measure of safety.

Corruption doesn't happen overnight. They got away with the small stuff and were finally caught when it turned into the Hindenburg. The amount of people that knew about the small stuff all the way to the big stuff and nothing was done about it is the fucked up part.
As the article says. Two of the people plead not guilty because it is part of the culture. Sorta like the kid in Texas charged with DUI and killing his passenger. Not guilty because of affluence.

This is just embarrassing guys - after all the years of manipulating/ manufacturing and destroying evidence when all eyes are on ya and it’s show time you pretend it’s amateur hour . If you’re going to use the missing tail light as evidence then ya can’t admit to removing and breaking it . Whitey Bulger is rolling over in his grave .

So according to NBC10 Boston the prosecution’s witness has been accused of perjury.

So for the at home score card- by day 4 of trial we have evidence tampering, perjury and witness statements that no one actually heard the accused make .

Wasn’t really into legal drama until the Rittenhouse trial but this is pure gold

And a picture from inside the police garage? Of the collected blood samples of the dead guy from the scene, were sitting in open solo cups which were in a used paper grocery sack, sitting on the dirty floor, right next to the back of the car, which was also a piece of evidence.
You can’t make this stuff up!

    I'm taking bets.
Will anyone involved in the framing of this lady ever get charged for their part?
Will she get a taxpayer check for what they have done to her life?
Will the people that beat the shit out of him and threw him in the snow get charged? Ohh wait. They were cops weren't they? So disregard.

So I wonder if this elaborate frame up is because they need a suspect , any suspect at all because they have nothing and detectiving is hard ?
Or do they need a patsy to cover some deeper interdepartmental hoise cleaning ?
Or is this lady so rotten and evil they want to make sure she goes away for life even if they have to lie, manipulate evidence and instruct witnesses to lie?
Or this thought just occurred to me - is dna samples in coffee cups , utter incompetence in every aspect of an investigation and just randomly picking a suspect the new norm?
