    howa action vs rem 700 action

    I once read some where on this forum that the howa actions were better machined (closer to being true) than the rem 700 action. Is there any thruth to that? And the same goes with there barrels? thanks lee

    Howa 1500 (.308) Finally arrived. (w/ pics)

    I finally got my rifle. I can't wait to go to the range bright and early tomorrow morning. I'll post 100yrd and 200yrd results. I have two rounds to try out: 150 grain and a 180 grain. I went with Federal rounds to get it zeroed. Might get some match grade later. Pics of the rifle and scope...
