1/4 6061 aluminum from ebay, a few cheapo amazon ball mounts, 1 "expensive" Amazon arca ball mount, and a free afternoon.

Simple project for a hobbyist with a drill press, taps/ dies, and HF 4x6 horizontal band saw.
