Hi, I have a Bartlein barrel chambered in 300 win mag. The barrel is 300x308 5r 12 twist. It is a heavy var mod. It’s 23 inches long with a 1 inch muzzle diameter. It was chambered with a obermeyer 300 win mag reamer. It is threaded for a defiance deviant action with flat bolt nose. Muzzle is also threaded 5/8x24. Barrel is cerakote in sniper gray color. Barrel has 191 rounds on it. I do deer culling, and we wanted to see if we could get Sierra 135gr varminters to work going very fast. The goal was a 300 to 350 yards and in without the bullet coming out the other side. It worked so good, I built a dedicated rifle for this. The one pic is a group at 100 with 14 or 15 of the 135s.
