Brass prep for multiple .260's

I have 3 different .260's - A DTA and 2 Tikka's in .260.

I'd like to have a somewhat 'universal' load - Perhaps optimized for one, but safe & usable in all. I have found a load that appears to shoot acceptably out of at least 2 of them.

My question is on brass prep. I could of course, trim to the saami spec, but I have measured the case neck length in each of the chambers, and found them to vary from 2.060 to 2.058.

How much back from the shortest length should I trim? My reloading manual says 2.035, so I'm sure that's a safe bet, but I am interested to see how much trimming people are doing if they have measured their case neck length in their actual chambers.
