There was a guy on here that made custom scope bases, in fact few years ago I had one made by him it was awesome!Trouble is, for the life of me I cannot remember who it was.....anyone?

Sounds like Murphy, any MOA you specify same flat rate, excellent quality. I use his bases exclusively when I can.

Richard Near (Near Mfg) can make any scope base you want.
He made one for me 10 years ago for a PGW Cheytac receiver.
