ELCAN Specter DR 1/6 7.62 reticle total MILS/MOA

Hi, anybody out there with an ELCAN Specter DR 1/6 7.62? Wondering if you can do me a favor and tell me using another one of your scopes and a fence or wall, etc. What MIL or MOA is the 10 at the bottom of the vertical stadia of the reticle on that ELCAN? It should be anywhere from 45-75 MOA I would think, I just need to know where exactly. I posted this on FN Forum and I think I must've confused them cuz I'm getting crickets. Thanks for your time.
