I have an excellent Back in Black Manners TCS that comes with the factory Area 419 arca rail complete with all the brass weights, 360 Precision Steel Arca Rail, and factory Sykes Clutch rail w/ clutch. It comes with the Manners mini-chassis bottom metal and one steel buttstock weight. Will also ship with the Wiebad Mini Stock Pad that was originally for my Foundation.
