Removing disciplinary actions from service files, falsifying records.
Cities of Highland Park and Warren MI- trading shit heads back and forth until it ends in criminal indictments .
We do a lot of work in Highland Park; could never figure out why everything there is so expensive including real estate. Just one of these clowns has cost the city $400,000 in settlements in a one year period.
