Mystery scope base...what is it?

Folks:

I purchased a Schmidt & Bender P2 made in 1995 at the Show of Shows Military Show last February 2024 in Louisville, KY. The scope uses STANAG ringless mounts. I bought this for my HK-91. Took off the dovetail mount and put it on HK claw mount.

I think this mount is for a dovetail mount (pre-picatinny). Accuracy International (police SWAT sniper friend suggestion) or French FR-G1 or F1 rifle???

Do not know. Help!!

Most of the pics I see have a single lever mount but the image from the book in your post sure looks like it was used on the FR-F2
