Need a spotter 60

Looking for a hensoldt spotter, but man they are scarce. Ive not seen anyone have one in stock anywhere. Whats the deal?

I know who run bartertown, but still no luck these days...

Does anyone know where i can get ahold of one? The smaller or larger versions are both workable here.
