Remington VS in 223 - value?

Looking at buying a used Remington VS in 223. 400 rounds fired. Net rifle cost about $450. HS stock.

Good deal? I do like the stock as is matches my VSSF 22-250.

As long as the gun is in good shape overall I'd say thats a great deal, I bought a 22-250 in a remington vs 5 years ago for 450 and the last Vs I saw for sale went for 625 so i'd say 450 is a steal with only 400 rounds through it.
