Ruger American Predator question

Does anyone out there have the Ruger American Predator part #16973 (22" barrel 6.5CM)?

I have a buddy in another state that wants a muzzle brake made for his rifle, but doesn't have the capability to measure the muzzle diameter.

Can anyone with one of these rifles give me the muzzle diameter just behind the threads so I can build him a contoured brake?

how are you going to time it? or is it a radial brake?

That's another issue. It's not a radial brake. Right now I'm going to turn down a crush washer and send that to him as well. Won't be perfect match once he starts to put the squeeze on that washer, but it's the plan for now.....and maybe the stars will all line up and so will the brake without a washer......
