Suppressor encompassing handguard that’s compatible with piston kit.

Anyone have an idea on a handguard that would be compatible with the Adams arms piston kit? I have a 7” 300BO barrel with the SA piston kit on it. I was a handguard that will cover the majority of my VOX S.
I was looking at the Midwest industries but they state on their website it’s not compatible with piston kits.

This upper assembly at Brownells is an Aero Precision/Superlative Arms piston setup. It’s the Aero Quantum/Enhanced handguard included in the kit.
I have the 12” version on my AR, and my only complaint is the ‘low profile’ dimensions of the pic rail on top. Some accessories don’t get along with it.
