Wondering if a Surgeon 1086 LA .300 PRC in a Cadex Dual Strike chassis is a good entry option to precision bolt guns. I've got a 16" JP LRP-07 in 7.62 that I love but wanting to stretch the distance a bit living in the SW. Understand Surgeon actions aren't as highly regarded as they once were but have a lead on one for a good price.
