T/C Venture builds

I see Mcree Precision list his stock for the Thompson Center Venture long action. Has anyone built a rifle off of the T/C Venture using the Mcree or any other stock? Any experience, thoughts or pics will be appreciated.

RWS Gunsmithing, a vendor on here, has built a few with the TC Venture as a base gun.

here are 3, all built by RW Snyder , they are in XLR chassis systems

They are nice actions, but they really dropped the ball when they decided to make the spacing for the action screw not match a Remington. IMHO

Weld up, drill and tap possible?

If it was done in a mill, there might be enough room to add an additional hole in the proper location. If I recall there is 3/8 of an inch difference.

Those are three awesome rifles. The T/C rifle is growing on me.
