Terry Cross & KMW GREAT!!!!

So, I finally broke one of my many KMW Pod-locs. I go online to order a new one and find that Terry puts a lifetime warranty on them so I send him an email with a pic of the broken one. Within 15 minutes I get a reply. Not an automated reply but one from Mr. Cross himself saying that he would get a new one right out to me if I responded with my address.
Thirty minutes later another email with tracking number and today a replacement in the mail. That, my friends, is fan-damn-tastic CS right there!

I have a few KMW products and they're all awesome. Can't speak to the CS cause I have never had to use it except for ordering more gear lol

I seem to recall stories of KMW even honoring their warranty on counterfeit/knock-off pod-loc’s.
