I have a buddy in Denver who has been posting on snap chat from the skatepark, and posting him self running around the city with a mask on for the last few weeks. Turns out the reason he has been wearing a mask is because he tested positive for COVID-19. No need to self isolate though. I bet there were at least couple of him in that crowd of 40k. You know, people who don't give a shit about anyone but themselves.

SoCal has a high percentage of Democrats. That is the group that is more equal than others. Rules are for the little people.

Otherwise, I was speaking to someone on Saturday. He knows someone, who has an employee. Employee's GF was positive for Covid 19, and she went into self isolation. Employee did not hear from his GR for a few days, and he went to check on her. She died. Autopsy showed Corona virus caused an occlusion in an artery in the brain, she died of a stroke. Imagine 40K people enjoying themselves outdoors with pistols on their hips or rifles slung over their shoulders.

The critical mass would be so great that so many liberals’ heads would be exploding it would sound like IEDs going off on every block in America.

The milinials I work with have no concept of personal responsibility. When this was brought up one said "what if you have it and are safe and someone with a high risk is there and gets sick, your selfish. I opined they should stay home. Its not my responsibility to protect them. If someone at their home is high risk, they shoild not come out to protct their loved one.

That has absolutely nothing do with my statement. It has no bearing on if these people caused another 10k infections. It has nothing to do with what people will demand, if there is another spike in cases, and media points to this as a catalyst. But please keep coming up with the irrelevant bull shit and insults. Ya, everyone who talks about something you perceive to be against your opinion is a coward, we get it already. You just get caught up in the stats you like.

I think the infections rates are a great example, 50-85 times higher than thought. Well, everyone has been saying that forever, and saying we need testing to get a better idea of death rates. 50-85 times higher still only equates to a very small part of the population having been sick 2-4% in many areas, you can find all the info if you want. Yet people read that 50-85 fold statistic and take it to mean, "everyone has had it already." It just means death rates go down again. Its an evolving situation.

For your opinion on, it seems you have been reading all the right wing rags and memes comparing death rates to this and that. Maybe read stuff with some substance, then you will have some idea whats going on, and some of guys wont keeping making it look like everyone here has their tin foil hat on too tight.

But to move on to your example. What it looks like you are saying is, we should arrest them all like reckless drivers that run people over while texting?

We all have to pay for the healthcare if cases spike again. We will all pay for another shut down if cases spike again. We will all have to pay the price for the restrictions people will demand. We all pay the price for unintended consequences. Don't forget actions have consequences, try to think things through to multiple ends.

As long as it seems reasonable to you there's no way to even begin to have a reasonable discussion.
You ask the question and then give yourself the answer but explain it off as it's "reasonable" to count those as COVID because that nun had a cough. Didn't matter that she was 104 fucking years old. No test to say she was positive. Just a doctor or a hospital administrator that was sure she had it. Of course the money has nothing to do with it either.
