• Watch Out for Scammers!

We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!

A bit of good news........

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Sue the CDC for just compensation.

I can't believe that it got back to the SCOTUS in such a short time.
The government argued that with the rise in COVID cases this needs to be continued. The government is also bragging about the uptick in the economy and only a 5.4% unemployment. Ummm if they have jobs they can pay rent!! Fucking clown show!

I can’t wait to see the long term ramifications of this 18 month theft from landlords.

6 month deposit to rent? 825 credit score?

don’t have that? Go be poor somewhere else!

I hope you can get all the bums out. I doubt you’ll be made financially whole, but getting the bums out will be a good start!

References!! There should be many of the scumbags living in their car or under a bridge for what they did

Sad part of all of this is the landlords that have filed bankrupcy. Story of a woman and her kid living in a car because of deadbeats. She lost all three of her rental homes due to foreclosures for not paying property taxes. How can she pay when there is no revenue coming in?

Politicians, judges, and lawyers are the most dangerous creatures walking the face of this earth.

But again, the libs vote in lock-step for what seems clearly an unconstitutional maneuver designed to buy votes on the taxpayer dime, again.

They had to kill the competition to black rock and other large investment entities that have been buying up properties wholesale. Welcome to the world of forever rentals, and entire rental neighborhoods.

You can’t price fix if you have independent competition.

Can you imagine when large whole swaths of sections will be like Caprini Greens? Talk about No-Go zones.

NOW: someone needs to make a social network for landlords where they keep lists of deadbeats that leaned on this bullshit and cheated their landlord. Fuck these lazy commies.

We were in CO Springs last weekend visiting some friends and they said the parking in their complex has really cleared out since they started evicting the people who didn't pay rent.

And don't just write off the loss... report it to the credit agencies so they can't do this to the next guy.
You can't write off a loss for income never received.

You never picked up the income in the first place to write the loss off against. You can write off your mortgage interest, depreciation, insurance, HOA fees, repairs/maintenance etc., but that's it.

People who make decent money really get the shaft, unless they're real estate professionals. They can't write off a loss on the rental at all. Instead they get a carryforward loss that's locked up until they either sell the rental or have rental income to offset it against.

Tell me again how the rich don't pay their fair share in taxes when they pay 37% plus state income taxes on rental income, aren't able to take rental losses, are phased out of credits for kids, college tuition, childcare expenses etc.

Skimmed the ruling and sounds like SCOTUS is saying the cdc doesn't have authority but the congress can violate your rights. Fuck the SCOTUS.

That is what they wanted. The whole time. Wealth distribution and puts it back into the hands of the banks and that trickles up! Glad I didn’t have that issue and neither did my customers, but if it had...... it woulda been bad!

If this shit didnt end soon, they'd see real violence. They would have flashbacks of Selma in the 60's involving some GSD's.

I've seen a few Belgian Malinois in action.

Coolest thing ever. They went from chill lap dogs to absolute bezerker mode. Then the cop blew a whistle, the automatic door opened on the explorer and they jumped right inside, sat down and waited like nothing happened.

Doesn't get more badass than that. If they weren't the price of a nice car I'd have one right now.

I want a mal so bad but I have zero need for a gun that I can pet(credit Bill Burr for this joke)
Most people also have zero business owning a mal either.

most can hardly keep their dogs from shitting in the house much less training and keeping up with a mal.

my GSD is hard enough to keep inline with all my other obligations. Realized the other day he’s due for a couple corrections.

This too, I can barely keep up with my 3 kids and 2 cats. I imagine throwing a mal into the mix is a recipe for getting someone bit.

A guy I used to work with said he had a mal for a little while. I don’t think he understood anything about them though. I don’t think he did any training with it and, of course, it went a little crazy and almost bit one of his daughters. Needless to say it was gone shortly after that

I'm so glad that I got out of the apartment/business rentals years ago after my father died. He started that years ago and after seeing how long it took to get deadbeats out, I wasn't about to take that over. Over 6 months to evict and then the legal costs. They ALWAYS vandalized as a final act.
