    Get this guys! I come in from hard day work and cut my yard! Push mower of course as my yards not that big! It also joins my neighbors yard. We have a little mediun that I cut and half of it is his.. I always cut, weedeat and edge it and I did today since he never cuts it. No big deal, I'm just trying to be good neighbor and it's small anyway. I've also fertile days this guys yard for him for free a few times. So I'm sitting in house trying to cool off and he text me wondering why I crossed six foot of his yard by his drive. To cut his half I always turn mower off and push mower to his drive since I have to go around his side of the iron railing fence that joins . He sent me pic of the 2 lawnmower wheels crossing six foot of his yard. Wtf. Needless to say , I came unglued and text him back to never park cars in front of my house again when they have breakfast club weekly! Few minutes later he wanted to talk, so I obliged! I did all the talking though and the leftist pussy scurried in his house! What the fuck is wrong with people!

    I hate people lol. I have new neighbors and they cut their grass twice in 3 months but nothing outside of the fenced in area. The last neighbors did the same thing so I said fuck it and took ground clear and a roundup mixture and killed everything so I don't have to fuck with it. Their retaining wall fell and is laying on my fence, they decided it would just be easier to block that part off with a privacy fence and just leave it for me. Fuck worthless mother fuckers! It won't be good if the tree branch that broke during the last storm finishes breaking off and lands on my garage.

    Had the same issue in a previous residence . Neighbours never moved the footpath in front of their house ,
    so I just did it , because it looked stupid having one house in the street with an overgrown footpath .
    Apparently I was an asshole for doing a small thing to keep the neighbourhood a little tidier ....

    We all have shithead neighbors. I got one who lets his dogs constantly bark at me when I’m out trying to work in my garage or even sit on my porch. I’m not talking about bar bark and they are gone. They have gone 35-45 minuets straight. When I asked one day. Why do you let your dogs bark at me constantly. He gave me a dumb look and said what am I supposed to do they are dogs. I said exactly put them inside so I don’t have to listen to them. He hasn’t talked to me since and still let’s his dogs bark away.

    Have you suggested to him that he introduce you to the dogs and see if they can become friendly with you so they don't bark too much at you?
    Most dogs can learn to be okay with people they are introduced to with a bit of owner participation and a few rewards.

    I had one of my Democrat neighbors get all upset and start screaming and yelling and threatening to call the police because her little neglected yappy dogs would bark up a storm from behind their huge tall privacy fence whenever I walked by on the back street with my dogs.. Apparently my reply of "You are most welcome to" to her threat to call the police made her leave in a huff, I was going to have a fun time doing a show and tell for the police of what her dogs do as I casually walk quietly down the back street with my dogs being perfectly quiet, and posting the video of it.

    My neighbor is the opposite... Mows constantly, morning noon and night 2-3 times a week driving us nuts. The grass hasn't even grown since June and he is still out there blowing dirt around. When he comes home from vacations, the luggage doesn't even get out of his car - straight to the mower in his Florida clothes then unload when it's done. Totally obsessed!

    You know, some people say the world has changed! It hasn't. People have changed and I've been around long enough to see it happen! Guess that's why assholes infuriate me so bad! Although I've never liked an asshole!

    In Seattle, I experienced just about everything everyone on here is griping about. The only way to make them happy would to have been to just bulldoze the house and let them fight over the empty lot. I can't tell you about it without writing a fucking book, but I was SURROUNDED on all sides with each one fucked up in unique and different ways. It's still hard to believe people there were such bastards.

    I could go on but I'll just stop there. My neighbor now is a really good guy and we respect each other and if one of our alarms goes off the other responds. And he shoots matches with a space gun, so I'm pretty sure he's "alright" with his AR. Other neighbors are fine except for Jan1 and July4 when it sounds like the mad minute of a no-shit company size ambush. But bitching about 2 days out of the year instead of all 365 is MUCH better.

    I dread moving, in part because of neighbors. I make sure to meet them before moving anymore.

    Makes me think of that Rickard Pryor movie, "Moving"! I loved his movies but that was one of my favorites. His neighbor's lawn mower...

    That's a true statement! But that's not case with me! I still know a lot of good people that are not assholes. What do you consider an asshole? Here's what I consider assholes! 1. Bullies 2.people whom think their special above others.3. People who think it's all about them 4.people who look down upon others because money etc. 5. People who don't respect others 6. People that only contact when they need something! 7. People that want to take God given rights! People that want to bother other people! 9.people that lie! 10. People that are greedy! 11. People that try to take advantage of others 12. A person whom cheats the fellow man! I could go on and on. Those are types I think of as assholes!

    Live on a farm where my neighbors are fields, pecan orchards and a horse farm. Even in the country you can asshole neighbors. Horse farm is owned by a guy from Sinaloa. When they irrigate they waste a bunch of water and run the pump without a muffler which is generally at night. Can't hear it in the house but when outside its pretty loud. Suggested one time they may want to install a muffler but no habla ingles. Rumor has it is that the farms owner is in the import/export business.

    Man, you're almost lucky to have that asshole neighbor compared to me.

    I thought I was alright when I bought 4 acres bordering the FS on 3 sides, it was to be our dream property, nope!

    The neighbors that bought the lot next door decided he and she would airbnb their A frame. Anything from kids screaming or couples screaming at each other, dogs barking, car alarms going off, constant construction projects, trespassing and general disrespect, but I'm just getting started. Too top it off they even had a friggen TV commercial done.

    Turned out that 50 years ago our properties were surveyed wrong. Wouldn't you know it my little studio was 3 feet on his property. I offered to buy that 3 feet, assholes say no and a manipulation ensues. $10,000 in Lawyer fee's later I was pretty much forced into selling the studio and about .3 acres for 1/2 what it was worth. There's more to the story BTW but I won't go into that.

    You don't understand how infuriating a situation like this is, how broke I am now partly because of this, and now I have to deal with more assholes just across the fence from my bedrooms sliding door. Why some people feel the need to leave their outside light on all night is beyond me, I had to buy a thick shade.

    All of this I described seriously goes into much more depth and the pain and stress caused is almost like a wound.

    Forgiveness is a process, I'll tell you.

    I'm very sorry to hear about that.
    Later in the future when you are a bit more back on your feet and have extra cash, there are many ways to legally to make their Air B&B thing not work out as they hoped, if you spend a bit of cash. In addition there is always fun stuff you can do with murals, and sonics.....
    A dense set of tree rows or a sound wall also can be a big help.

    The neighbors before these had 3 dogs that barked non stop and I couldn't even work in the garage without listening to these dogs all day long. I love dogs but I've never wanted to kill one so bad in my life. I would never do that because I know it's not the dog's fault that they have dumb/inconsiderate owners. I know that talking to them about it as another poster said does absolutely no good at all, might as well talk to the dogs about it.

    I know I'm an asshole but it takes a lot before I show that side of me. I am willing to help people and will do about anything to help someone until they piss me off, then it's fair game.
