Bradley Manning back where he belongs

I don't know who IT is, but I think a service member giving away military secrets is a crime and should be punished. He gave away many secrets without regard to the harm that it could cause.

In an unrelated matter, yes Hillary and other deep staters belong in nooses.

Three places for an American who commits treason:

1. In front of a firing squad

2. In an electric chair

3. Strapped to a gurney with a needle in their arm.

There is no ambiguity and i don't care to hear the reasoning. Black and white. Treason = 1, 2, or 3.

Read the definition of treason and then please list the two witnesses to the overt act.

What Manning did does meet the test for Treason.

Was it bad? Yes. Did it hurt the US? Yes. Are there two witnesses to the “overt act?” There are not.

Sorry, yeah there were witnesses to Mannings acts, they just didn't go after them, Assange is one witness who is now in custody, there are others in the wiki that witnessed it too.

But I wasn't really referring to manning, I think it is insane and should be released or at lease put in a psych ward, I think the chain of command IT had should be prosecuted for dereliction of duty by letting such an unstable person get a TS clearance.

I am referring to the SES of the FBI CIA the whole of the Obama Admin and a good portion of the Bush and Clinton Admin.

I do think Trump should pardon the Crazy It.

Actually, Jerry, there were none.

The acts were proven, not witnessed. There’s a difference.
