I won a BRNO no.4 rifle at an online auction last month. Almost looks unfired. Haven't been able to pick it up from my FFL, but intend to correct that situation next week.

Hey, I saw that beauty over on my thread at Rimfire Central. That is a great looking rifle.

That's nice and adds a lot of value to the rifle. What auction did you win it on?
Hey, as a fellow BRNO owner, I notice the warranty card is addressed to the Hart Arms Co. In New Mexico. Any idea who they are (were)?

I picked up a DIP CZ 527 25 MOA rail. Am going to use this rifle in a 200 yard match and have a B&L scope that is famous for not having much elevation adjustment.

Wow! Another biathalon model. Nice.

What kind of ammo does it like?

Mine with the open sights on. Did you guys get apertures with yours?

Stevelightening, if you get a chance could you take a few close up photos of your mag release button? When I bought mine it didn't have the mag release button. Someone removed it and was using a single shot adapter. Went to Lowe's and come up with the following. Works great but if I could make it look more original I would. But I don't really know what it looked like in the beginning.

I wondered what the knurled knob was for.

What scope bases are you using?

Do you have the magazines that are for the biathlon stock. I noticed your have 10 round mags instead of the 5 round weighted mags

Any targets guys ?
This is the only target I have a photo of. I put the factory peep sights on after this and they are still on. I would imagine it would shoot pretty good if time was taken. With the long sight radius I like using the irons on my swingers.

Thanks for the photos. The first photo is blurry, does the handle have a bolt in the center holding it on or is the "stem" threaded on the end.

No, mine come with a single shot adapter and that's all. I have seen those mags before. Thankfully the 10 round mags work great and are long enough to seat firmly.

My buddy wants to start a 200 yard .22 match and I'm thinking of using the Model 4. Also thinking of using a B&L 6-24 x 40 scope that has great optics, but is short on elevation adjustment. I grabbed a 25MOA DIP rail for the Model 4

I have one too, good choice. I'm glad we have companies like DIP around to offer stuff like this for a reasonable price.

I meant to shoot this sooner, but just now got around to it.

50 yds with Lapua Midas+. First shot ("cold bore") went through the center of the target. Next 5 were slightly lower.

Excellent shooter! I have a BRNO Model 2 and a CZ 452 that are great as well! I have been looking for a Model 4 with the diopter sights for a while!
