Looks to be a hell of a movie.

Read up on it. I just did not ever having heard of it.
In some cases outnumbered 10 to 1 they held on and were the ones to claim the battlefield.
@barneybdb et al deserve credit for something I should have known about.
I knew Diggers were in VN but that sounds like a hell of a fight.

I saw August 8, 2019 release date.
I just watched this. It is a story much like the Mel Gibson film of the same time period, We Were Soldiers. The special effects aren't Hollywood quality, but it is definitely worth a watch. At least their is no liberal agenda b.s. that a Hollywood film would have. There are some good documentaries on YouTube that fill in a lot of historical information about this event.

I just scanned the credits. Doesn't look like any Hollywood tentacles are attached. I guess I'm in, will try to watch. Trailers looked good.
Free on amazon prime now, watched it last night. Overall was pretty good, worth the time for sure, I’ll have to find some more info on it as well.
