I'm not following the SOTU situation close enough to know, so I'm going to ask:
Is Trump postponing the Address to show that "He's willing to negotiate and compromise" (on a relatively minor issue) to simply show the Country that the DEMONcrat team are NOT willing to negotiate or compromise?
If I were emperor, it'd be "drive over the demons on the way to building that damn wall...."

As the Shutdown was going on, Nancy Pelosi asked me to give the State of the Union Address. I agreed. She then changed her mind because of the Shutdown, suggesting a later date. This is her prerogative - I will do the Address when the Shutdown is over. I am not looking for an alternative venue for the SOTU Address because there is no venue that can compete with the history, tradition and importance of the House Chamber. I look forward to giving a “great” State of the Union Address in the near future!

I don't know what is going on in Don's mind but I think he has something for Nancy and others when he does make his STOU and they are not going to like it.
I hope he puts up on the Big Screen in front of everyone the talks that Chuck and Nancy and Obzero where they were calling for border security in the past and points that out, then goes after them big time.
