    The same basic thing happened in CO maybe 10 years ago now. Some kids dressed up and went over the scare one of their friends, making her think they were robbing her house. She grabbed a gun from her parents room.
     
    i’m surprised there isnt more of this.

    i always made it a point to drive the point home with my sons, and ALL of their friends that come over, that there was NO room for pranks around my house, because you might get mistaken for a home intruder and get your head blown off. also told them pranks might not be seen as a prank by someone else and could end up with the same result elsewhere.

    Maybe I'm just an asshole, but I personally wouldn't have lost sleep if I was the shooter. Pranks are fine and all, but keep them reserved for close friends and family and not total strangers! I swear my fellow millennials are a strange bunch at times...

    Glaring typo in the "article"... par for the course.

    I'm glad that the victim was able to protect himself from a robbery. Not a fake robbery. A robbery. There are no fake robberies.

    They are trying to get constitutional carry passed in the state. Why these nimrods thought this was going to work out or not meet some resistance is beyond me.
    Thinking probably was not their strong suit. Obviously!
