We're totally fucked when the defense argues the Commerce Clause and wins, when this horrific an legal? form of child abuse/mutilation goes completely unpunished because a fucktard judge invalidates a completely common sense law.

Honestly, if there was any justice that judge ought to have his fucking dick chopped off and stuffed into his fucking mouth, because that is EXACTLY what he is saying is perfectly legal! To legally prevaricate legally like this, when we are literally talking about mutilating the gentles of female children, is fucking unbelievable.

There is not parley with this. There is no negotiating a middle ground or compromise of any sort. You shoot mother fuckers who do this to children. If the religious practice was cannibalism, you fucking arrest them and execute them. In this case it's the worst kind of child abuse I can imagine. If the practice was to rape the children at least they would be physically whole. If this were a boy, for the same stated goal, you would chop off his dick so he had no sexual desire and would remain chaste. No civilized people have done this for hundreds of years. It's completely barbaric and must be stamped out completely. All involved must be prosecuted for the most egregious child abuse to the absolute extent of the law.

I cannot believe this is happening in America. I just want to punch any fucktard liberal in the face who claims this is Islamophobia, or that laws specifically stating Sharia is illegal are somehow racist! Where the fuck are the feminists? Silence. Nothing could prove what emptiness lies in modern feminism than their silence on this horrible child abuse. Fuck them!

"Circumcision" is removing the foreskin. The penis itself is not removed (contrary to what Eric Cartman may think). Clitoridectomy, which is what we're talking about, would be quite literally chopping a male child's dick off. That IS what a IS. If any of these monsters tries to tell you it's, "female circumcision", or some such nonsense they're LYING.

Oh I understand and agree with your sense of horror.

The only reason for it is to ensure the female experiences no pleasure during sex.

There is no hygiene, disease reduction or other benefit remotely derived other than the man gets to experience more than the woman does.

Only the left knows how to use language to benefit their agenda.

The words "gun control" have positive connotations over the reality of the agenda "gun banning".

"Sources of Revenue" seems benign to the sheep but they will bray when the words "raising taxes" are used.

Female genital mutilation is pretty descriptive but the left wants it to be called FGM - most have no clue what FGM is.

If the people against it had a clue they need to make sure the right words are used.

Words have meaning, at least they used to.

I was under the impression that (practically) it was a hygiene thing back in the day. Kind of like all the dietary restrictions were because all those foods generally could make you sick and die in a desert environment (shrimp doesn't travel well with iron age refrigeration).

I remember taking a college class that talked about that crap and having to writea paper about it. My solution was to nuke them off the face of the planet. How the fuck would it even make it toa court room as a decision that had to be made is incredible. Yeah and silence from feminist what the hell? In reality anybody. Line them up and cut them down.

Apparently the judge ruled the Fed law was overturned on a states rights basis.

A good thing except in this case it is allowing a loop hole to dismiss a current crime.

Michigan apparently has a law stricter than Fed law with greater penalties (15 years instead of 5) but the Michigan law was passed after the case in question so it can not apply.

If the above is correct this may not be the travesty it seems.

Now all 50 states need to make it a capital offense.

There is also the problem that in their studies (Specifically dealing with aids transmission), once the experiment gets a bit too far along things start to leak and well.... nobody wants to be in the group that is more likely to get aids when having rampant unprotected sex... so off to the doctor... (apparently stocking up on condoms isn't on their list of things to do).
 
Add regards the ruling......

In a positive note the judge actually cites that it was a stretch for Congress to pass the law using the commerce clause.

The judge doesnt view this as a commerce states boundary crime but as your typical basic crime covered by local criminal law.

If the judge gets his way the outrage will result in laws in each state that hopefully will be stricter than the 5 years in jail Fed law allowed.

More should be like Michigan with 15 years in jail.

They are being put in a bind of

A. trying to put these doctors in jail
B. Letting the judges ruling stand which means Rowe vs Wade is a State right issue not a federal issue.

If this judge is right I dont see how NFA 1934 or GCA 1968 stand. Those should have been state rights issues.

Be careful how you view this ruling.

Criminals may be getting away with a crime but it may bring tougher punishment to those that follow and it may get the Federal govt out of our lives just a little bit.

Needs to be looked at deeper on what the implications are.

This video is a two years old. The lady speaking helped to get the FGM legislation passed. This has to be a nightmare for a lot of women.

The judge is described as a "Libertarian Reagan appointee".

Based on what Im seeing his finding is in line with the Constitution, will likely result in stronger rules against FGM (at least it will define which parts of the country are humane), and may bring a roll back of other federal laws that are an over reach based on misapplication of the Constitution.

Study this, I may be wrong.

That ruling wont happen in Michigan again as the state law is in place and it has been given force by this Federal judge.

These two Mengeles will do this again sadly but their time in jail will follow.

The usual desensitization of the male member that is a side effect of more exposure and rough contact can in often cases extend the amount of time the male takes to complete their cycle, however the mind is what drives it, so it's a lot about mind over body.

I get it but the point is when push came to shove he did not go with "feelings" or he went with the rule of law?

Im sure this judge has his personal beliefs regarding these two Mengeles and the fact he states its a case for criminal law not commercial law indicates to me that he equates it with murder, abuse, and battery crimes that on their face are so evidently abhorrent there is no nuance needed and states should be making statute and prosecuting the criminals.

I don't have any kids but if I was put in a jury box for a dad that killed a doctor or the judge that allowed this practice on his daughter, I'm not saying its right but I'd understand and he's walking.

I made the statement about Solomon not necessarily to correct you but clarify the Old Testament story for those that may not be familiar with it.

I don't know what the Judge was thinking but from an empirical standpoint the Judge cannot argue that this does not violate the child's rights. We have similar laws on the books which outlaw the mistreatment and abuse of children.

I'd bet you a case of match grade 6.5 CM ammo that if there was a case brought to his attention about grounding a delinquent teenager he'd declare that unconstitutional but uphold genital mutilation.
