I got a notice on IG for calling someone a cunt. I don't think that is hate speech, just me expressing myself.

the best thing the clan ever did was to open there mouth shouting , and spewing garbage did more to turn off more people than anything another person could have said against them . When somebody says they're offended I typically respond with well why the fuck do you want to be offended...I can't offend you if you don't let me or want me to

We have the same problem on our side.....I see people here use the "ignore" button all the time. I assme some of that is annoyance, but a large part is not wanting to hear opposing views.

Everybody in general just seems to be whinny bitches. Everybody is sooooo offended!

I won't pretend to speak for everyone when I say am now very blunt because I believe years of "going along to get along" has led us to our current state of insanity.

Disagreement and voicing it is not hate speech. Disagreeing and threatening those who disagree is hate speech.

The difference is not subtle. Hating on people we disagree with is why we are here at this point in History. I disagree with a lot of things I read but I don't threaten and curse/call people out as liars, idiots, or instigators because we disagree.

I got banned for using a word to describe ignorance in people. I use the word not because I hate a whole race of people but because it describes a type of behavior of a certain race of people. Much like sayin 13/52... Now using this word to describe this ignorance is being banned from use as the frequency of this type of behavior is common in society.

Personally think this pc shit is ridiculous... if you don’t like being called a certain word... dont act like one. I I wont judge your actions as such.

I’m not a “we need a law guy” But we need a law on all sites on the internet sites. Stating people cannot be banned for anything.
A button should be on the site ignoring content you don’t want to see. They should require notification of who ignored them.

I don't use the ignore button, but there are a few I scroll past without reading. Nothing to do with disagreement, but more like...

1) The crap they post is stupid.
2) No capitalization or punctuation making it difficult to read.
3) Just too over to top (unless satire).
4) Wordy posts that have little information (makes me think politician/bureaucrat/attorney.

I hate when most people talk, so...

If I read 27 posts of drivel and Hate and labeling and accusing and total opinion void of any facts or I research the posts and find no credible proof for their point of view I ignore them.

Not because I disagree but because there are literally millions of credible folks whose opinions are based, even loosely, on facts and truth.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Not their own facts. I do not have the time nor patience to wade thru bullshit opinions bearing no facts.
