    I'm joining the natural immunity master race, guys.

    It's not too bad. The sore throat is brutal though. Aparrently I got the Omicron variant as the throat problem is really common with that one.

    I'm on ivermectin, but I think I may have started it a little too late as I thought this was allergies at first.

    I dunno man, i beginning to think a lot of the omicron sore throats are actually the rawdickchokeacron variant. Just sayin'.

    Get well dude. Take care of yourself. Buddy of mine got the omicron and he's doing quite well.

    Went through my whole family of 5 the last 2.5 weeks. My oldest is getting over it.

    Put my wife in bed for 4 days, and I got knocked on my butt for 3 days. Not fun, bit not earth shattering either.

    The no taste or smell was one of the worst symptoms for me. Like living in Black and white.

    Hope you kick it quickly.

    Make sure to get some Zink if you are on ivermectin, as it's job is to shuttle Zink into the cell nuclei. Here is the I-Mask protocol to see how it's done right. And lastly do a nasal rinse from a squeeze bottle with a few drops of betidine in there to flush out the rear nasal cavity.

    Went through my family as well not that bad sort of like a cold with achy body. Unvaxed and on Jack Daniels. It's been about 2 weeks and feeling normal again , first 5 days were the worst just laying on the couch . Hard to sleep at night since laying on the couch all day to tired to sleep.

    I have it now as well. Started off feeling like just a cold. Sore and achy body, stuffy nose, sore throat. Lost my sense of taste a couple days ago... a Rye went down like water so I decided to take a test haha. Been 5 or 6 days since first symptoms, still can't smell or taste, still have a stuffy nose and sore throat. Nothing unmanageable though. Seems to be spreading a lot easier than other variants, as this is my first time with Covid. I am unvaccinated

    My 19 year old daughter and 17 year old son just got over it...they had an easy time...seemed like a head cold with coughing. They just got their negative PCR test results so life can resume for them.

    My 14 year old and my wife and I didn't get symptoms and we didn't get tested either

    The majority of my family and extended family have had it. Symptoms and tested positive so no guessing. I’d say 80% of us are unvaxxed and range in ages from 4yrs to 80, the oldest unvaxxed being 57. We’ve all made it through with varying degrees of symptoms but no hospitalization or serious issues.

    Just getting over it as well. Sore throat was a beast. Reminded me of when I got hand foot mouth disease when my kids were little. Couldn’t drink water for a solid day. Go to sonic, get a bag of their ice. I’ve will soothe the pain and inflamed tissue. Only way I got through a couple nights. Halls and cepacol irritated it more than helped. Good luck, holler if you want any other advice.

    One night was interesting my skin had pins and needles all night long so I slept with my eyes open totally awake.

    Ive been sick. Feels like any old cold though. Body aches, tired, occasional cough but like i said, about as mild as any cold I’ve had, so maybe I’ve just had a cold!

    I wish you well. I only had a very mild fever (I think 99.8 was the highest with this round) and the lightest scratchy throat, but three weeks later I am on my ass. I am barely functional and can no longer focus/concentrate. Sometimes I have to hold on to furniture or walls to make it to the bathroom. I posted in another thread, but I *never* get sick.

    I have a lot of opinions but what's the point. I am how I am and it's not good. I've done my research, plus my daughter is a combat medic and EMT, there's no treatment for the after effects unless it becomes chronic. My blood ox is fine. I know others that have had similar lingering symptoms, for months in some cases.

    Ran through my home just before thanksgiving. The kids, 7 and 9, shrugged it off. The wife, maybe 1 day. Me, a week, plus. Smell still comes and goes. Taste came back within the last couple weeks.

    The body aches and lack of sleep were my biggest issues. I didn't take or do shit, just suffered... because reasons... and or I really am that stubborn, prickly mofo everyone tells me about. Not tough, mind you. More, "f-you. That's why."

    If you are reasonably healthy, you got this (I am not). If you got the dreaded "co-morbidities", get on a regimen.

    I had it a few weeks ago....no symptoms, but it cancelled my surgery. Kept testing positive.....4 times. I needed two negatives to reschedule surgery. Kept testing positive, so I started coating the inside of my nose real thick with antibiotic ointment before testing. Two negatives, and surgery is rescheduled.

    This shit is a joke and nobody cares you got a cold!

    Take a fist full of zinc, C , D/D3 with the Ivermectin!

    I just recently fought off something fierce using that "Zelenko protocol". I should have taken it before I went to bed Wednesday night (when I had the first symptoms creeping on), but I woke up Thursday morning feeling like I got hit by a bus. The aches were horrible and my temperature was 3 degrees higher than normal.

    I didn't think I was going to be able to get through it, but sure enough my fever broke that evening and the next day all I had was a lingering headache. No sinus or lung infections and the aches were completely gone. Lost my appetite, but that's finally coming back now.
     
    Im on week 3 of this shit and it just wont go away. Talked to my doctor and they said OJ and Tylenol. (Everyone knows the secret is 7-up and Chicken Noodle Soup)
    Absolutely worthless.
    I;ve coughed so much my stomach feels like I did 2000 sit ups.
    Right now my Liquor Cabinet is NyQuill. Green SHots on me BITCHES!

    My boss said I should be eligible for 'the cocktail" whatever that is, but my docs are just wasting my time.

    Never got tested but I was sick for a month a while back. My fiancé did and they said bronchitis, but I’ve never had bronchitis that lasted a month so who knows.
     
    Slight sore throat on the 3rd, called in sick on the 5th. Tested positive on the 6th.
    Sore throat is still hanging on but much better. I've been sick before but not for days on end.

    Thought I had the new version but tested negative so a 2 day cold.

    So far natural immunity has worked because no vax / mask around here.

    The first time with cv was about one year ago beat me up bad no meds no doctor no relief for an old guy.

    Hope you guys don't suffer long.

    Auto shop called and said could not get to my wife's SUV, everyone was sick and had to close up for a few days.

    They even offered to have it towed elsewhere on thier dime.

    No use Texas is on sick call.
    We are watching an infant who's mother is too sick trying to keep her from the mess.

    Sool many sick fast food is not and if you get some the people left making it can't make a simple burger or burrito without fouling it up.
    No place without help wanted signs.

    I think the cocktail is the monoclonal antibodies treatment.
    Although supposedly they won't administer it after day 10?

    Antibodies aren't as useful against the Omicron variant, and most of what everyone is seeing is this variant. Also it was only useful in the first 7-10 days, during the "infection phase" rather than afterwards which is the "inflammatory phase."

    I may have the shit. Getting tested tomorrow if positive will be slamming some ivomec tomorrow afternoon. Still have taste and smell, fever comes and goes, hip joints and thighs sore. Gonna choke down some zinc ,C,D all that good shit before bed
    Actually i dont feel to bad yet. But have had a headache off and on most of the day. Will see tomorrow i suppose
     
    Sounds like it could be Delta instead of Omicron from the research I have read. I think losing taste or smell was most common in the original and the Delta and not very prevalent in Omicron. Either way, I hope everyone gets well very soon.

    This is true. You want anything from whataburger in Fort Worth the estimated delivery date is 2030. It’s fast food that ain’t. Covid has jacked up the triple meat whataburger and it isn’t right.

    The coughing was the worst part for me as well. Almost 3 weeks of it. Diaphragm felt like someone taught me a lesson with a bat for 10 days. Every time I would start to fall asleep, I'd have a coughing fit and be awake again. No meaningful sleep for 11 days. The actual illness wasn't even bad, it was just the damn cough.
     
    Not much coughing here. I have been taking ivermectin and it didn't seem to do much. Today I had a chance to get out and get some zinc to add in with the ivermectin and it was like flipping a frigging light switch. I feel amazing in just a few hours.

    CVS in Corpus Christi has it. Got a prescription from push medical, paid the 69 bucks, they called the prescription in. Easy day.

    Yup, I got it too. Was supposed to fly Friday and canceled. Saturday woke up coughing for 30 straight minutes. So glad I didn't travel... Felt too crappy to leave house for testing.
    Warning Zinc and Q on empty stomach may not be a good idea.

    Think I may have had the Omigod variant this week. Felt a little off, head & chest congestion, and a bothersome cough. If that was the VID, I'm not impressed in the least.
