Its a long, long list but the gist of it would be WAY less laws, much more emphasis on personal responsibility and putting citizens first over anything. If you are an illegal or not a citizen, you have no rights here and even less of a right to receive anything from us.
I'd reign in government bloat by basically starting with so much oversight that it would be too much of a hassle to be a 'professional' politician than to attempt the level of graft and kickbacks seen now would be near impossible; this would be followed by heavy tax reform to include a flat use tax and cutting down on any services paid for by taxes to essential only. Things like everyone paying for a school system they do not have children in, and child tax credits would disappear.
Any gov positions that are not elected will be reviewed for need and redundancy as well as compared against its private sector equal in a determination of need, private sector outsourcing or compensation realignment. This would be government wide on all levels; I'd expect this to reduce the government workforce by no less than 60%.
