The citizens of Nebraska implemeted terms limits to get this race baiting POS out of office and the parisite got back in.

Both the "representative" and his "constituents" are bought and paid for with other people's money (the money of the hard working conservatives they hate).

Much like why unions shouldn't be allowed for taxpayer funded professions... because then it's 2 people on the same side, negotiating away somebody else's money who doesn't get a direct say.
