    Heard about this yesterday before I went home. Gonna keep an eye on these fucktards! We have 850 members in our rifle and pistol club, I'm sure there is a percentage of them that will stay vigilant. Our Mayor will not fuck around or play games, I know he is ex military, and if he needs, a lot of us will back LEO's. Pray for cool heads, if businesses burn, there will be casualties.

    Our new Chief of PD raised the permit cost for a CCW to $200 from the state regulated cost of $50. He said he had to hire an additional officer to process the paperwork and do the background checks. He is also more difficult with granting them. Long delays due to COVID-19.

    I asked him if he ever heard of Jim Crow laws...he was not amused...fuck him

    I left NJ for the beautiful southwest in 1975 and never looked back. I turned 18 in NJ and was able to purchase firearms. It was a real PITA back then and had to go through the local PD to get permits for rifle and pistol. Luckily it was a small town and all the cops knew me so I didn't have an issue. Just imagine what it is like now.

    There are days that I wish we would move but I am a die hard Yankee fuck...New England is my home. The wife and I talk about moving when the kids are through college but that is 8 years away.
