There are still 8 cases in 8 states. The Texas suit was a bonus trust the plan in place. John Roberts just sealed his fate. If the insurrection act is invoked his trip to pedo island gets him removed from the court minimum. There are plenty of avenues, pull your head out of your sorry asses bear down, and look for ways that will get it done with integrity. My words are in the last sentence most I just read the rest.

Do how does one rationalize “vote GOP for the judges” anymore? 6 of the SCOTUS justices were appointed by Republican presidents, 3 of those by Trump himself.

I asked a question in another thread that went unanswered.

Why is Roberts Chief Justice?

A. He wasnt the senior member of the court when made so.
B. If Bush can elevate him to chief on appointment why cant another POTUS elevate someone else?
C. A CJ dies in office whoever is appointed next is CJ until retirement?

When a Chief Justice dies or retires, the president nominates someone for the position. I believe Roberts was nominated for associate justice when the Chief Justice position became available. Bush withdrew the nomination and nominated him to Chief Justice.

Seems the president can nominate whoever they want to the position. Nominees with prior SCOTUS experience are the minority.

"Since the Supreme Court was established in 1789, 17 people have served as chief justice, beginning with John Jay (1789–1795). The current chief justice is John Roberts (since 2005). Five of the 17 chief justices—John Rutledge, Edward Douglass White, Charles Evans Hughes, Harlan Fiske Stone, and William Rehnquist—served as associate justice prior to becoming chief justice. "

But is appointment permanent?

Can the President giveth and taketh away?

He actually has a lot of power, assigning associate justices, presiding at impeachments...... and it seems unchecked
 
I don't think he can be demoted to assoc justice. Either dies, steps down or is impeached.

I would be very surprised, since the Supreme Cowards, the Supreme China Cucks, didn't give any resolution to their decision yesterday or offer any suggestion as far as revising the suit instead of just stamping the case DENIED, that they would reverse their decision based on a re-write.

Trump needs to declare Martial Law, bring in a military tribunal led by Sydney Powell and clean house. If the Chinese and their Communist Dem. allies and puppet Supreme Court want to play hard ball, lets play hardball..

For those that say Martial Law is worse than the ailment, you wait until Cumala calls for it to raid your homes and put you in re-education camps with no graduation dates.

They didn't say the case had no merit, they ruled that they believe it should be carried out in state. Also the law can sometimes be a double edged sword. There isn't any injury at this time because those who cheated have not actually caused harm. My guess is once the states in question cast their EC votes, then those who are inured can start the process at the state level.

I sure would have wanted the SCOTUS to interject some sanity into the election process, I can kiinda understand their opinion. Let's see what happens next.......

China has been spreading their kinda love all over the globe for many years. China has some kind of facility in S. America which folks believe is being used to spy on US communications. I believe China has also has another facility in Australia for the same purpose. You may not know this but the US has a super secret squirrel facility smack dab in the middle of the country.

They finance most of this by hacking intellectual properties from all over the world.

Even the state courts seem to find an excuse to rule against the president. I haven't seen where plaintiffs are actually given a hearing, a chance to formally present a case with witnesses, evidence, etc. If a President can't present his case in a formal court of law, how can he ever achieve justice?

Hopefully they bring charges against Barr.

By his obvious refusal to do his job plus withholding evidence on Biden and Hunter Biden's illegal activities, Sydney Powell I bet, could put a case on him for treason for being complicit in a plot to steal the election.
