Got a few suppressor insulator/covers and bags from PU a while back and started using the covers in earnest this past weekend. Like the way they fit and seem to be very nicely made and they do there job quite well. That being said, looking at a picture of something online on a phone and then getting it home turns out different for a lot of people a lot of the time. One of the colors I picked out I didn’t care for, the black multi cam. Most of the people that looked at it here liked it better than my solid colors but I’m a picky bitch And since it’s going on my nicest rifle I’m ever going to own (yes I know this is gay) I asked him to make a new cover. Nothing wrong with the other, just wanted another color. Something he didn’t have in stock. So I call up PU, explain what I want,
He sends me a link to pick out what I want, orders the material,
Make me a new cover, sends it to me, and doesn’t let me pay for it.
Or send the other back. Not the entire suppressor cover and insulator and Kevlar cord. Just the outside Cordura cover. Not used to that level of Customer Service and I thought I should take the time to say it where it matters. Will post pics of the new rifle and can when it comes back from Moon.
Thanks to Jesse at precision underground. I think you make a nice product and I appreciate the way you do business.

Liking the bag. Haven’t messed with a game changer so don’t know about that brand.

I’ll look for a pic to try to show how to loop your Kevlar cable and tighten it to keep it in place. I didn’t have mine installed correctly and had that issue. Once I figured out how to put it on right I haven’t had an issue.

Ok, looked and I don’t have a close up of mine to show what I’m talking about so I’ll look elsewhere for a pic.

I cannot seem to keep my cover from sliding. Any suggestions?
People! Please reach out if you are having issues! If it is sliding you don't have the cord on the barrel correctly. We have started sending this demo pic with detailed instructions as people were installing them wrong. You have to let the cord cross under the barrel and then cinch tight on top. We removed one loop from the original lacing so if your cord is too long we can send you new ends so you can cut some off and have it cinch on top without a lot of extra hanging off. PLEASE let us know if you have issues.

The cover will not slide more than 1/16 if you follow this illustration.

How do you like that PU bag? I am torn between purchasing that one, their new mini offering or Armageddon Gear’s Game Changer. I want a bag with straps.
I would recommend the Recon Mini. We keep making it smaller and it keeps working just as good lol. If you have an arca rail we have a carbon fiber plate that will be put very soon that will take the Recon to another level. This is Recon Micro with CF plate. It works ridic well.

We have a plate coming for the Mini as well that is a little bigger. The bigger one is a little more stable for obvious reasons but we think the micro is plenty for PRS or hunting. We are shooting around MOA at 400 yards with it from a step ladder with no rear support.

We will have a new fill available as well that works amazing with the plate. Super heavy, super fine, and absolutely DEAD. Dead meaning there is zero rebounding from it when pressed into, it is almost exactly sand without being sand.

We should have the plates and fill on the site in the next week.

Thanks brother! You made a big enough order that we just considered the extra insulator shell a bonus gift!

The bags are on point dude, Jessie is getting ready to send me two more to add to the 4 I already have. I’ve never used a bag that works for me as good or that is as versatile. I’ll vouch for @Precision Underground ?.

I can’t say enough good things about @Precision Underground myself. Jesse took care of me with a 3D ELR bag. I wanted a few straps added, and he made it happen at no extra charge. I ordered on Friday night and had it in my hands Monday night. Super nice bag, great customer service, and fast shipping. They will def get my business again.

I have two of the @Precision Underground bags: the ELR rear bag and the Recon Bag. The ELR rear bag is nice, but that Recon Bag is really impressive!!! My first time using it, I nearly cleaned a PRS skills barricade stage, and the one I dropped was all on me. Once my rifle was on target, the bag didn't move, and neither did my rifle. I've used it on tank traps, rooftops, you name it. It's quickly become one of the two bags I use, with the other being the @Fred @ Bison Tactical tactical udder.

Bad ass sir! The Recon Mini is just as impressive and much smaller. The Recon Micro with a tiny carbon fiber arca plate is the most impressive yet! It will be out very soon. We keep making stuff smaller to see where the edge is and it keeps working really good lol.

Any idea when the Recon Mini with arca attachment will be available?
