    Having a bit of fun yesterday and today with people from down under.
    The whole cultural barrier that you have to explain when you mention how much you hate Liberals here, but are really happy the Liberals won down there.

    Interestingly enough the one person who I was speaking with who was very upset that the liberals won was upset that the liberal leader was "our very own trump" and that it's just the "white mature aged males" being evil and it's so horrible for "those of an ethnic diverse background, female, concerned about climate change"...
    To which I replied... have you looked in the mirror at your own skin colour and checked your bank account lately HA!

    Just like here, the news media and the "polls" were all predicting the SJW crazies would win "of course" and then they all were blindsided as the election went the other way.

    Still it took constant reminding on both sides that here we hate liberals and in upside down land they are the ones we like.

    Nice party platform & government goals and a decent speech, could have been written for a conservative here.

    I highly doubt it.
    Some freedoms once lost are pretty much gone forever.
    Also down there, people don't care about it on the whole as much as folks do here.

    Maybe, just Maybe once the Chinese start to make them a Communist protectorate of Greater China they may possibly consider getting angry about things. Till then, probably won't happen. A bit too much government love and such.

    This is a very accurate description of the US situation versus the rest of the western world. I have a lot of friends and acquaintences from various European countries and they are just not into guns or shooting at all. As a matter of fact, some of them, upon hearing about what activities I partake in, thought that I was some wild, semi-nomadic hunter gatherer, or a trigger happy stereotypical movie hillbilly. Until they knew more about me. However, actually getting them to embrace the freedoms that we have here and even fighting to preserve them is probably impossible. I think I'd have better luck buying a $20 scratch lotto ticket right now and scoring the full jackpot than the former happening.

    The situation in the UK/AUS/NZ right now is the direct result of what the majority voted for. That is what they wanted. If a sizeable percentage of them suddenly decide that enough is enough, they CAN and WILL force change, even if it means that barbaric examples must be made out of some politicians or law officials. However, the trigger point has not been reached yet and the governing elites know very well that they must not hit the trigger point. Keeping the free shit flowing, the mindless bread and circuses running, and that seems to be enough for now.

    Not a bad plan.
    But also keep in mind that we are facing a global plot by the communists for control of the planet and the elimination worldwide of all that oppose them. Other countries are much further along the communist's plan, so watching the events in other countries gives you clues as to how the communists are implementing their playbook.

    We were a sad sack a shit at the beginning of WWII . But we fired up our industrial might to turn the tide . I'm not sure our industrial base would be up to it today .

    Yall have to remember.. no other country in the world was literally born in blood and gun powder like the US was. This is why no other country sees the importance of an armed populous like we do. It is what this country was founded upon bc without those arms, we would still be under the queen of England. Nobody else has that history.

    voted one year and then they said i didn't a few years later wanting 300 plus dollars or proof that i voted (which i did)

    In all reality most Aussies are over the whole thing and are apathetic
