So Google officially thinks us "racists" support trump because we have boring jobs

    We all know that Google like every other big SJW company hates us.
    They now have officially been outed as such without being able to hide it.

    What is interesting is that apparently they look down on all the "boring" work that keeps the country running.
    I guess maybe they would like to take a break from coding spyware to go farm their own food and fix their own toilets?

    I however do the boring work of knowing how servers actually are built, repaired & put together...

    I think this is just written to distract people from the simple truth. The reason big tech companies support liberal Democrats is because they have a deal where Democrats understand that their part of the deal is to protect the illegal monopolies that the big tech companies use as the foundation to reap untold wealth. It is a corrupt bargain. If the left wins perhaps they will devour big tech last, but they will be eventually destroyed no matter what.

    The irony here is that the majority of Googler's do ridiculously boring shit all day.

    There's only a handful of teams I'd consider interesting/potentially exciting, but that comes with the overhead of working in a company whose culture resembles a bleeding vagina that never wants you to spend time at home, sleep, or think about anything not presented as a series of bullet points on the day's dose of butthurt.

    I worked at a company in CA that worked for them on a subcontract.

    Holy shit! It was the most mis-managed company I have ever seen. The project team on their side was always in flux. If you worked for them and didn't enjoy working on a project, no problem. They would move you. The scope of work would always change. We would file change orders and they would pay it. At the end, They basically paid us $10 million and got a paper study.

    I guess when you have that kind of capital to play with, it is OK to blow that kind of money without getting anything for it.
     
    Wonder how they define "routine job"? Is that one where you go to work around 40 hours a week, around 5 days a week for say 40 to 45 weeks a year? If so that would explain how the working class would tend to vote for Trump.

    I did some work for a Vietnam vet the other day and we talked about stuff like this.

    I mentioned how over 40% of the country would capitulate if an enemy turned off their internet and cell service for a few days. No Twitter, no Instagram, no Facebook, no Netflix.

    He made an excellent point - "Fuck them! They live in the big cities and they don't make a damned thing. They don't build anything and they don't grow anything. The real America is still out there and we will fight when called upon to do so. They can die or join the other side and then die. Makes no difference to me."

    The tech idiots are going to kill us all with AI anyway (and I don't mean Accuracy International, although I suppose the robots could be shooting us with expensive precision rifles). Mankind's era of global dominance is coming to a close.

    I'd suggest that the AI will be used to help the true global Elite rulers oppress us and control us more subtly and fully than most realize will be possible. Facebook is already on the forefront of this with their ongoing open experiments in changing people's mood and using "social" "rewards" and "punishments" to get people to change their ideas / views or at least change their public stance on things.

    That being said, the military and police may eventually decide to devolve their powers to "AI" or "Machine Learning" and have their computers start doing all the killing & law enforcement stuff.. once again Elites using "AI" and such to do their dirty work without that pesky problem of human conscience that too many henchmen suffer from. The problem is when they take humans out of the kill switch loop to let machines do it faster, if you are facing off against somebody else also doing that (which everyone will do the first time one party does), it can lead to runaway destruction much quicker than you imagined depending on who programmed what. It would be easy to go from one fighter plane getting shot down to full global nuclear war in 5 to 10 minutes with machines running the show.

    I think the actual movie idea of truly "aware" AI showing up and starting to kill off humans because of it's own decisions is a bit far off. More likely if killer robots start killing us off it will be somebody made them, programmed them wrong & accidentally (or on purpose) trained their algorithms the wrong way to go kill everyone.

    its time to break up teh monopoly, who gave google the right to collect the initial traunch of data they collected on University of Mich, the company needs to be shut down.
     
    I have a terrible boring job as a PM on large commercial and industrial construction projects. I wake up every day wondering what I am going to do each day such as job site visits, budgeting, scheduling and getting subcontractors and suppliers to perform and managing design issues. with all this time on my hands I decided to vote for Trump. Fucking dweezils.
     
    I love it when the liberal elite get outed to the general public of their disdain for the working class, all while they make a billion dollars every three or so days by exploiting them.
