The First Amendment, Dead at a Ripe Old 227

First time I saw the locked site. Just verifying. I try to do that before making a (bigger) ass of myself. I know, I know it's the internet and anything goes, but called me old-fashioned.

I stuck a meme to that effect in the other thread. I think, if you can, you should consider throwing your shoulder up against this and joining the common cause. It is not the business of the judiciary to castrate the Constitution, nor should we let them.

Well, contacted both senators and congress critter a couple days ago. Sent donations to GOA and NRA. Forwarded a couple of links on the subject. Haven't marched on Washington, yet.

Amazing... Federal court orders State Department to lift their block on the files AND says that their block was so wrong and against the First Amendment that they made the State Department pay the company's Legal Fees....

But that's not good enough for whiney lefties. They judge shop in order to find a leftist activist judge who puts a block on the company...

Two things matter in this. One... there is already a law against making a gun that is totally undetectable. It was passed in 1988 when the lefties went completely mental about Glocks being "Plastic guns that were undetectable." This was bullshiznit of course... but did not stop the lefties from using fake news to attack gun ownership. But at the time -- and with the help of the NRA -- Congress passed and Reagan signed a bill making it illegal to make, own, transfer, export... all that stuff... guns that are completely undetectable. In other words, they need a bit of metal in them. So you can have all the files you want to print plastic guns (that will fire a couple of shots.) But making them is still illegal. Same as we can have articles on how to manufacture exploding things all over the Internet... but making them is, you guessed it, illegal.

The second thing is that we see an active attack on the first amendment and the Internet as a medium. A bad one. But it's all in the name of 'if it saves one life...' and 'Mr. President, you are putting Ghost Guns in the hands of criminals.' Yeah. Ghost Guns. Their latest faggoty Commie term for something they don't understand but get all triggered by the fact that they exist.

So I'll post this little scenario... In the last century, Socialism, progressivism, Communism, National Socialism and their related ideologies have been responsible for the deaths of more than 100 million people. I actually believe that the number is much, much higher because it does not take into account things like starvation. Far more people... have died as a result of Communist Dogma than have died from guns. It is an ideology that should be snuffed out. Banned. Prevented from being consumed. Owners of that information should be jailed because their ideas lead to deaths... So why would we not have a federal judge ban any literature, speech, postings, websites, etc. that promote communist thought? It is lethal.... It is proven lethal. By the standard above... Comintern is promoting a lethal 'product.'

Don't even get me started about the religious texts that have killed off hundreds of millions over the last centuries, either. Dangerous stuff right there.

And ANTIFA materials have resulted in tens of millions of dollars of property damaged and serious injuries... Where are the moves to block those dangerous meanderings.

If this material -- gun blueprints which are merely information -- can be blocked by one activist federal judge with a jones for guns (and probably a big fat Bloomberg check in his pocket...) then what else can get banned by an activist federal judge?

Can we put together a SH lawsuit to block Communism, pick a nice arch-conservative federal judge and make a case that 'Fur zee Kinder' we need to stop that bad stuff from getting on to our streets?

A last thought or two... the current generation of useful Communist idiots doing this... are the first generation EVER to march, carry on and whine in order to have their rights LIMITED! They want freedoms taken away. I guess Freedom comes with too many responsibilities for these Tide-pod-eating, no-drivers-licenses, live in mommy's basement, Starbucks losers. And if they are scared by Freedom... then noone should have it. Because it's scary. Here's some news. My rights don't end where your feelings start, Snowflakes.

And the last thought is that in 1933, Hitler did not seize power and he did not ascend in a coup or a revolution or a Putsch or a military uprising. He was elected the rightful and legal Chancellor of Germany. And then he and his National Socialist (there's that word again) party manipulated the LEGAL workings of German government, courts and bureaucracy to erode any semblance of freedom... while the German Workers Cheered him on and happily Goose-stepped into the ruin that became 1945. Of course it was all for the public good. Bread and Jobs! The trains would run on time. Everyone would be part of a big, happy socialist family vacationing on Strength Through Joy cruise ships and driving their new Volkswagens on the lovely Autobahns... Freedom isn't necessary if the government is going to give you a paradise of free stuff and promise you a radio, a car, a cruise every summer to Narvik, and reliable public transportation. Well, that is unless you were Handicapped. Or Jewish. Or the wrong political party. Or a Gypsy. Or a Freemason.

Then you got another little perk of a society in which your freedom had been given away. You got turned into Air Pollution. Or experimented on. Or starved to death. Or worked to death in a Mercedes plant. 10 million people... in Germany alone. Not including war dead.

But for all the useful idiots who went along with the plan for free cars and vacation cruises. Hey, they got perks, too!

Free bricks.

But look, mutti! Zee train is on time! Mutti?

This is where erosion of freedoms leads. Either through external forces or national suicide.

Guess images and thoughts like this, are reason number 1 why the left must first destroy history. Because those who remember this and other historical failures of Utopian dreams... won't let the Constitution go away. Those who don't understand history the way our Founders did (and they read about Rome and understand the decline of civilizations)... are quite happy to bleat their way to Utopia and go "Hey, what happened" when they get loaded in the cattle cars next.

Disgusted.

Yeah, was watching ole Shepard Smith of Fox yesterday, having a snowflake melt down over "ghost guns". Really? He was saying "This will allow anyone to make a gun that is not registered or require a background check." No shit. The idiot doesn't even realize that it is LEGAL to make your own firearms (up to 3 a year without a manufacture's FFL) as long as they aren't an illegal type or are not intended for sale/re-sale.

"Ghost guns" exist today and have been legal since this Nation was founded. You don't need a 3D printer to make a gun! (like: Duh! How do you think guns were made when this country was founded?) Smh...idiots.

"We, and many others around the country, completely support Cody and Defense Distributed," Brandon Combs, president of the Firearms Policy Coalition, tells Reason. "Some governments and elected officials might want to censor this speech because they prefer a police state. We don't. I don't really give a damn what they'd prefer." https://reason.com/blog/2018/08/01/breaking-cody-wilson-takes-gun-plans-off

And then FPC went ahead and posted the blueprints themselves. See link below.

What's killing me in all of this is that this is akin to making knowledge of metallurgy and machine-shop skills illegal to possess. You own the materials to do CADCAM fabrication of aluminum? Understand the basics of anodizing? Have a good vise, a bench, and some jigs? God forbid you combine all of that with a lathe and a sheepskin from the Pennsylvania Gunsmith School.

Hell, who knows? Maybe they'll accuse Hillary of prostitution because she (supposedly) has a twat, aside from the one named Bill.

Yeah calling them really helped with CoonCare and the Bush Banker Bailout

It's beyond calling or voting at this point.

Lois Lerner sums up the whole thing

The fuse is burning at both ends, when they meet in the middle it will get sporty real quick. It's becoming clear if it don't happen before the mid terms, it will shortly there after when more past blue votes turn to red. The libtrads are in a death spiral an don't seem to care one bit. Lets make sure we help them over the edge all we can,...

make almost anything, up to and including a nuke(materials are the hard part on that one).

If you are Jeff Bezos or any one of a number of dot com billionaires... the materials are NOT a hard part. You simply build about 500 centrifuges and you are there in a year.

Just 'sayin.

Bill Gates could have been a nuclear power in 1998...
