I bought a scope from him. He sent me the tracking number and I waited for it to come in. The day it was supposed to be here it never showed. I go onto the FEDEX website it shows it was delivered. I asked Jake if he could pull the signature as the scope was shipped insured and to be signed for. Well wouldn’t you know there was just a line through the sign her block. I asked Jack for all one information and I filled a claim. My claim got denied because I was not the shipper. I contacted Jake and asked him to file it. The first one got denied so he had to file another one. Well after 20 hrs of phone tag between Jake and FedEx they finally authorized the refund. Jake was and is a true professional throughout this whole time. He kept me informed in every step. He even offered to refund half the money as we went through the refund process. I declined to have my money refunded based of the professional attitude Jake had the whole time. It sucks I never received the scope but I do know that their is at least on other professional member on the site. Jake Thank You for spending your time during this occasion. I would not hesitate to buy any thing from Jake again.
