We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
Deal with caution, never received my purchase item
Never received tracking, was told that item was sent.
Over 4 weeks, many times I was told the item was sent, and might be delayed, and might have been shipped to another buyer, so I didn’t pursue refund right away.
Never received any proof. Nothing.
After week 4 requested refund, which again took more than a week, and again a lot of friction.
Finally got a refund December 20th, 5 weeks after purchase.
There is a chance that everything said was true, but then there would be proof of conversions with other buyer who “accidentally received” the item, there would be proof of shipping, text messages, direct messages within forum.
Took counsel with SH members, link to thread with my side attached.
I am willing to adjust this feedback if valid proof of misfortunes is provided. (Like a conversation with another purchaser to whom the item was shipped to supposedly by accident)
