Broke out the old Aiptek tablet drew up a pic and colored in photoshop,Im still a little rusty havent drawn in awhile.

Not long, maybe 3 hours total,I was actually doing an animation test,Trying to make the rain move like rain does,
Quick flash of lighting and all that.

I do photoshop work myself, but 3 hours on a hand drawn project, thats impressive

My hand drawn stuff is always quick it seems, especially if drawn in a comic or cartoon style,I dont mess around with pencils alot.Just a quick sketch and ink it.
Photoshop takes a little longer,But on this I used the FILL tool alot.
Animation takes longer for me, since Im new at it.
