Make sure you use enough bag that you will be able to reseal the bag if you only take 1 ear of corn out and you want to reseal the bag. That does look good. What type of corn is that? The wife just picked up a dozen ears of sweet white corn from the grocery store.

How can you have the discipline to be able to put up that corn without eating half of it right now?

This is Kandy Korn which is a super sweet yellow variety. It was mature after 80 days and is more flavorful than white sweet corn to me.

I like to wrap in foil with salt and butter and grill til tender.

We also fry loose corn in olive oil with red bell pepper and onions 🥰

Leave the husks on. Cut the big end right behind the ogive where the constant taper begins. Cut the small end where you think you should (corn people know this stuff). Into the nuker, high (power level in this case, not judging) for 4 minutes. Remove and give it a squeeze (HOT, HOT, Oooo!, Oooo!), corn comes out the big end onto the plate. Throw husks into the horse bucket. Condiments to taste.

Can't knock the grill either. Cream corn is the way for storage. Milk the cob. Reduces volume for the freezer and gets everything edible.
