Being blond it took me a bit, but, I think this is the hardest way to be stupid, I have seen in many a decade.
The Sunday school class was learning about Lot and his wife. The teacher was describing that when Lot’s wife looked back at Sodom, she turned into a pillar of salt, when Bobby interrupted. “My mommy looked back once while she was driving”, he announced, “and she turned into a telephone pole”.
Widow maker right there! Never tackle one of those without tractor, cable safe route to escape.
To be fair, they are easier to install that way.
Built the floor in our bike shop using these. Worked great. Floor is solid as can be. HOWVEVER, I do beleive, I installed mine just a touch different than those. And yes, used correctly, it was quite easy to put in the joists.To be fair, they are easier to install that way.
