There is the potential for severe weather starting Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.
Widespread moderate to locally heavy rain is expected Wednesday afternoon and into Thursday. Rain fall amounts of 1.5 – 5 inches are possible.
Scattered flash flooding, sharp rises of streams and rivers is anticipated.
River flooding is possible Thursday as the bulk of the rain ends.
There is also the potential for roads to flood or washout.
Citizens should start now to make plans if they need to relocate or cannot access their homes.
Additional information on the potential severe weather will come later as we know more.

The way this played out sounds nuts.
First the guy takes a shot from 50' with his rifle, and MISSED.
Hit it the second time, bear takes off.
They track it, then he shoots it with his rifle as it was charging, which had little effect.
Finally his friend does a mag dump from 20' away with a 10mm S&W.
