AOC just asked Directer Cheatle how far the building was, a question everybody already knows the answer to, and she said "Aprox. 200 yds." which she herself knows is a blatant lie. Adding another 50 yds. isn't going to place the sniper and building outside the perimeter that is considered a security threat.
